Wonderful company! We’ve used Mark and Ride a few times now and have always been so impressed with the service. The drivers are friendly, reliable and incredibly helpful. They have also always been very calm and careful on the road which makes for a lovely, relaxed journey. The cars are immaculate and super comfortable. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

John arrived in the very smart seven seater to get our group to and from Heathrow. Courteous, punctual, clean and well driven. A world away from other firms we have used in the past who have fallen short. Great service, we will always use them in future.

I would definitely recommend Mark, he drove to to and from Gatwick for a family holiday. He was great, stayed in contact throughout the booking process. He provided us with water on both journeys. Even offered to stop off so we could get some milk on the way home at 4am!! Would use Mark again. Very well priced and worked out far cheaper than if we had driven three cars and parked at Gatwick for the week.

I cannot praise MARK&RIDE enough, from the time I booked the minibus to the time I returned home from Gatwick. Our driver MIKE arrived exactly on time in a lovely 6 seat merc minibus ,picked up my wife and myself then we picked up my daughter her husband and 2 children aged 3&8 from a second pickup ,as soon as we arrived at their house Mike got 2 proper child seats out for them .the drive to Gatwick was a dream as we had a driver who new how to drive (lane discipline & overtaking on the correct side etc )we had a lovely holiday in turkey , the return journey from Gatwick was every bit as good ,STEVE was our driver on the the return every bit as good as MIKE.i cannot thank or compliment MARK AND RIDE enough for an excellent drive to & from Gatwick it really made our holiday special. MARK IF I COULD GIVE 10 stars I WOULD .and can you compliment MIKE & STEVE on their driving from my whole family as they appreciated it. THANKS AGAIN “ MARK AND RIDE “
Friendly service, spacious clean vehicle (plenty of room for the 5 of us with suitcases) and arrived promptly for the early morning pick up to Gatwick.
We had issues with the flight home - 12 hour overnight delay - but this wasn’t an issue for Mark. He stayed in contact and met us as soon as the bags came through.
We even had an unexpected drop off for a couple of our party which also wasn’t an issue.
Very reasonable prices, especially for the service.

Mark&ride today took my family members to heathrow term 3,picked up early john the driver fantastic man,problems getting into the terminal due to protesters,john went out of his way took them to t5 made sure they was transported to term 3 safely, great service, price, recomend million per cent

I have used Mark twice now and have recommended him to all my family and friends. He is extremely professional, punctual, polite and geneally a lovely man. Reasonable price wise and his 7 seater is always immaculate.
I chose Mark & Ride for an airport transfer between Gatwick and Heathrow at the end of a month long holiday. Not only was the experience a massive step up from National Express, it earned an easy 5 star review for the following points: Easy to book, in the right place at the right time, with a professional friendly driver and a comfortable spotless vehicle. I received VIP treatment and I will certainly use the service again the next time I'm in the UK. Don't roll the dice on an airport taxi rank, just call Mark & Ride.

We used Mark & Ride for an airport transfer for 4 people from Heathrow Airport. Excellent, friendly service, using a very nice 8-seater vehicle, all at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using them again.
Mark has provided an outstanding service with brilliant pricing. He has went above and beyond, as I accidently left a bag in his car and due to the distance between us. He went to the post office to deliver it back to my address at his expense. He is a very genuine, friendly person, made me feel very comfortable during the whole journey. Extremely punctual, the car is clean and comfortable.

I've been researching different ways to get to our place near South Bank from Heathrow and Mark&Ride did not disappoint. Mark was very kind and professional. Met us at the airport arrivals promptly and took my family and I to our Airbnb...even allowing a little side trip to pick up groceries. Provided waters and charging ports in the vehicle. First impressions was that this was top notch experience.

Absolutely superb company who give the most amazing and professional service. We have just been lucky enough to use Mark & Ride for a drop off at Southampton port and collection 2 weeks later from Gatwick and I can not find a single fault. The very competitive pricing was obviously the initial attraction but it was the professionalism, politeness, punctual, respectful and all round perfect service that came with it that completed the package and made our drop off and collection totally pain free. It really is the personal touches that make this company stand out from its competitors. I can not recommend this company enough and certainly won’t use anyone else other than Mark & Ride in future. Lovely local business.

Great service, arrived on time as scheduled, and the most pleasant friendly customer service given. Mark also helped with all luggage, which was extremely helpful.The vehicle itself was super clean and spacious just as described.
